Privacy Policy
Plain language about what this site collects, what we do with it, and how to get it back or have it removed. Last updated October 10, 2026.
Short version
- We collect only what you choose to tell us — your name, your email, and what you would like help with.
- We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide your concierge behavior consultation and parent coaching. Nothing else.
- We don’t sell it, don’t run advertising against it, and don’t track you across other websites.
- Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will.
Who we are
Black Diamond Behavior Consulting is a private, solo practice in Arizona operated by Paige Breeden, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA. We provide concierge behavior consultation and parent coaching by secure video for families in Arizona, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, and Montana.
This policy covers the information this website collects and the information we handle once a family becomes a client.

What we collect
From the contact form
Your name, email, and message are required. Your phone number and state are optional — leave anything out you’d rather not share. What you write in the message box is yours to control.
When you book a call
Booking opens a Google Calendar page. Google handles that scheduling and its information under Google’s own privacy policy. We receive the appointment you book and nothing more.
Automatically
Like any website, the service that hosts this site records basic technical details about a visit — network address, browser type, which pages were requested. We use that to keep the site running and to stop automated abuse, including the checks that keep the contact form from being flooded.
What we don’t collect
This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics services, and it stores nothing about you in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How we use it
- To read your message, reach out, and schedule a free call.
- To provide the concierge behavior consultation and parent coaching we’ve agreed on.
- To keep records we’re required or reasonably expected to keep — agreements, invoices, correspondence.
- To protect the site from spam and automated submissions.
We don’t build advertising profiles from your information, and we don’t make decisions about you by automated means.
Health information and confidentiality
Paige is a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Once a family becomes a client, the information shared in consultation is treated as confidential and handled under the professional and legal obligations that apply to behavior analysis practice. Client records live outside this website.
Please don’t send detailed information about your child’s health, diagnosis, or behavior history through the contact form. Describe the general situation instead — “bedtime is a nightly struggle” tells us what we need without putting private details in an email. You can share specifics once we’re working together.
Who we share it with
- The providers that run this site and deliver its email, who process information on our behalf and not for their own purposes.
- Our accountant and professional advisors, and anyone we’re required to work with by law.
No one else. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no data broker in this arrangement.
How long we keep it
Inquiries sit in our email until we’ve replied and the conversation has run its course, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Client records follow the terms of our work together and anything the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.
Your choices
Send a message through the contact form or Instagram and ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or stop us contacting you. We’ll confirm it’s your request before acting, and we’ll do it at no cost.
Two honest limits. We may keep a short note that you asked us to delete you, so we don’t reach out again by mistake. And anything the law requires us to keep, we keep for the period the law sets.
If you’re in California
In the last twelve months we’ve collected identifiers (name, email, phone, state) and the information you choose to write to us, plus basic internet activity from hosting logs. We collect it from you directly and from our hosting provider, and we use it for the purposes described above.
We don’t sell or share that information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising. Because the site runs no tracking, there’s nothing for a “Do Not Track” browser signal to turn off. You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete, and you won’t be charged less or served differently for using these rights.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to inquiry email is limited to Paige. Submissions are checked for automation so the form can’t be flooded. Nothing we do is advertised as unbreakable — no system is — which is why the form asks for the general situation, not private health details.
Children
This site is written for parents and guardians, not for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we find we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the current version lives at this address. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle information you’ve already given us, we’ll say so where you’d see it.
